He makes some very good points but there’s way to much fluff surrounding it, and dated anecdotes are not helping. I rolled my eyes quite a bit and by the end it became quite the struggle to get through.

This whole book could be summarized on 2 A4 pages and it would still be good. Add some examples and you might end up with 20 pages, but the 250+ pages this things has is overkill.
